Some are designed to be a short pause during your busy day while others will provide you with a deeper level of practice.

These exercises are best listened to with headphones. Use your common sense – do not watch or listen to mindfulness and relaxation exercises whilst driving or operating machinery, where it is not safe for you to relax.
Mindfulness is the practice of purposely bringing one’s attention in the present moment without judgment, a skill one develops through meditation or other training.
