Ahead Psychology has a zero tolerance policy on any aggressive, abusive or violent behaviour being displayed towards anyone in the practice.

We reserve the right to stop providing services to anyone who abuses our Receptionists, either in person, in writing or over the telephone. This decision will be final, ongoing and non-negotiable.
